Our Commitment

MatchDiary is a matrimonial matchmaking platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behaviour, or conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. The safety and dignity of children is non-negotiable, and we are fully committed to preventing the use of our platform for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

Who Can Use MatchDiary

MatchDiary is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. During registration, all users must confirm they meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately suspended and permanently deleted. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from anyone under 18.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on MatchDiary and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities:

  • Any content that depicts, solicits, promotes, or normalises the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (CSAM)
  • Attempting to contact, groom, or exploit minors through our platform
  • Uploading or sharing images, videos, or text that sexualises individuals under 18
  • Misrepresenting one's age for the purpose of interacting with minors
  • Any activity that facilitates child trafficking or exploitation

Detection and Enforcement

All content shared on MatchDiary is subject to our moderation and safety systems. Reported content is reviewed promptly. Any confirmed CSAE material is immediately removed, the offending account is permanently banned, and the incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and/or the appropriate local law enforcement agency as required under applicable law.
