What is Matchdiary?

It replaces the paper register and scattered WhatsApp chats with one system: a CRM for your client profiles, curated albums you can share with families, a matching engine, and a private app your clients use to see the profiles you send them.

Is there a mobile app?

Two. The Business app is for you — run your bureau, add profiles, build and share albums from your phone. The Matchdiary Family app is the private app your clients use to browse the profiles you have shared with them. Everything also works in a web browser.

Who can see a client's profile?

Only people you choose. A profile is visible to a family when you send them a suggestion, give them access to an album that contains it, or they have an interest history with it — never by default, and never through a public directory unless you publish a public album yourself.

Is the date of birth ever shown?

No. Recipients see an age, never a date of birth. You control, per album, which other fields (location, career, family details) are visible.

What happens to media I mark as hidden?

Media hidden at the media level is always stripped before a profile is shown to anyone — including on a public album link.

Can I work with another matchmaker on the same family?

Yes. A profile can be shared across matchmakers. Profiles shared with more than one matchmaker are marked as "Shared" and cannot be deleted by a single matchmaker, so nobody loses a record the other side is still using.

What is an album?

A curated set of references to your own active profiles, put together for one family. Deleting an album never touches the underlying profiles, media, or anything else.

How do I share an album?

Privately — assign specific seekers, optionally time-boxed, and they get a notification, push, and email; the profiles then appear in their Family app. Or publicly — a link, QR code, or a page on your showcase that anyone can open.

What is a public album inquiry?

When someone opens a public album and asks about a profile, it becomes a lead in your inbox (pending → contacted → accepted → completed). A lead never grants album access by itself.

How do I move my existing register in?
