Billing

Manage profile activations, view payment history, track your current plan usage, and apply referral discounts.

Billing Overview

Go to Billing in the sidebar. The billing section is split into 6 sub-pages accessible from the secondary navigation bar.

Activations

Pay to make inactive profiles visible to seekers

Billing History

All past transactions grouped in batch cards

Plan

Current subscription, renewal date, and usage stats

Referrals

Your referral code and credits earned

OCR Billing

Charges for OCR (photo-to-form) profile extraction

Activating Profiles

Navigate to Billing → Activations. This is where you make inactive profiles visible to seekers by paying the activation fee.

Activations screen — select profiles, apply promo, confirm payment

    Open Billing → Activations — The page shows all profiles with Inactive status.

    Select profiles — Check the boxes next to the profiles you want to activate, or click "Select All".

    Apply a promo code (optional) — Enter a code in the promo field and click Apply to see the discounted price.

    Review the summary — The panel shows selected count, free quota remaining, chargeable count, and total amount.

    Click Activate — If payment is required, the Razorpay payment window opens. Complete payment to activate profiles immediately.
Your plan includes a set number of free activations per billing period. Additional activations beyond the quota are charged at the per-profile rate shown on the activation screen.

Billing History

Go to Billing → Billing History to see all past transactions grouped in batch cards.

Current Plan

Go to Billing → Plan to see your current subscription tier, renewal date, and usage statistics.

Referrals

Go to Billing → Referrals. Each successful referral earns you credits that can be used to reduce your next activation or subscription payment.

Pro Tips

  • Activate profiles in bulk to save time — select all inactive profiles and pay in one transaction
  • Check the No Media filter in Media Library before activating — profiles without photos have lower engagement
  • Share your referral code with other matchmakers to earn free activations
