Settings

Configure your account, business profile, security, and notification preferences.

Settings Tabs

Go to Settings from the sidebar. The Settings page has 3 tabs: Account, Business, and Security.

Account

Personal info, store handle, avatar, social links, notifications

Business

Business name, description, type, team size, specializations

Security

Change password with strength meter

Account settings — personal info, store handle, avatar, notifications

First / Last Name

Your display name shown on albums and notifications

Phone Number

Contact number for seekers and support

Email

Login email — verified before allowing a change

City / State

Your location shown on the network discovery page

Store Handle

Unique short URL path for your public page

Avatar / Logo

Profile photo shown on your public page and inside the app

Social Media Links

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn — displayed on your public profile page

Grant All Profiles Access

Toggle to share all seekers with network partners automatically

Store Handle

Your store handle is your unique short URL (e.g. matchdiary.in/yourname). It appears on your shared albums and public profile page.

    Type a handle name in the Store Handle field.

    Click Check Availability — a green tick or red cross shows whether it's free.
  3. 3
    Click Save Account Settings to confirm.

Notification Preferences

Scroll to the Notifications section. Toggle each type on or off:

Business settings — name, description, type, team size, specializations

Business Name

Full official name of your matchmaking business

Description

Pitch shown on your public profile page — up to 500 characters

Business Type

6 options: Individual, Company, Non-profit, Cooperative, Trust, Community

Registration Type

Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Private Limited, etc.

Team Size

Number of staff (used for plan matching)

Years of Experience

How long you've been operating — shown on your public profile

Scope of Service

Local / National / International

Specializations

Communities or religions you specialise in — multi-select

Media Limits

Per-profile photo upload limits set by your plan tier

Security

Security tab — change password with strength indicator

Click the Security tab to change your login password. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm a new one. The strength indicator shows 4 requirements:

Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character

Pro Tips

  • Upload a professional logo — it appears on shared albums and the public profile page
  • Claim a memorable store handle early — it can't be changed once another user takes it
  • Fill in Business Settings fully — seekers who visit your profile page see this information
