Media Management
Upload, organise, and manage all photos and files — both your own business files and your seekers' profile photos.
Two Media Areas
Media Hub
Your own file storage — logos, brochures, templates, anything you want to keep organised. Access via Sidebar → Media Hub.
Media Library
All seeker profile photos — see who has media and who is missing photos. Access via Sidebar → Media Library.

Uploading a File
- 1Navigate to the target folder — Use the breadcrumb bar to go to the correct folder, or stay at root.
- 2Click the Upload button — The blue/purple Upload button in the top-right area opens a file picker.
- 3Select file(s) — Pick one or multiple files — images, PDFs, Word docs, videos — any type is accepted.
- 4Wait for processing — An upload progress bar appears. Images are polled until processing is complete (status turns green).
Creating a Folder
- 1Navigate to the parent folder where you want the new folder (the breadcrumb bar at the top shows your current path).
- 2Click the Create Folder button (folder icon near the Upload button).
- 3Enter a folder name and click Create.
Media Library — Seeker Photos
The Media Library shows all seekers with their photo count. Use it to quickly find profiles that are missing photos before sharing an album.

Managing a Seeker's Photos
- 1Click a seeker's card in the Media Library to open their photo management screen.
- 2Click Upload Photo to add images. You can drag-and-drop multiple images at once.
- 3Drag images to reorder them. The first image in the list is the primary profile photo shown in albums and searches.
- 4Click the three-dot menu on any photo to Delete or Set as Primary.

Before creating albums
Use the No Media filter in the Media Library to find profiles with no photos. Profiles without a photo show a blank placeholder in albums — always add at least one photo before including a profile in a shared album.
