Media

Manage your own business files in the Media Hub and view, upload, or organise your seekers' profile photos in the Media Library — all from the Business app.

Media Hub — Your Files

Tap Media in the side drawer and select Media Hub. This is your personal file storage — logos, brochures, templates, documents.

Uploading a File

    Navigate to the target folder — Use the breadcrumb bar or tap a folder to go deeper.
  2. 2
    Tap the Upload button — Tap the Upload FAB or the upload icon in the top toolbar.
  3. 3
    Select files — Pick from Files, Photos, or use the Camera to take a new photo.
  4. 4
    Wait for upload — A progress bar shows while the file is uploading and processing.

Media Library — Seeker Photos

Tap Media Library to see all seekers with their photo counts. Identify who is missing photos before sending albums or suggestions.

Adding Photos to a Seeker

  1. 1
    Tap the seeker's card in Media Library to open their photo screen.
  2. 2
    Tap Upload Photo — choose from your photo gallery or camera roll. You can select multiple photos at once.
  3. 3
    Long-press a photo and drag to reorder. The first photo is the main profile photo shown in albums.
  4. 4
    Tap the three-dot menu on a photo to Delete it or Set as Primary.

Before sending albums

Use the No Media filter to find seekers with no photos. A photo-less profile makes a poor first impression when shared in an album.
