Network

Discover other verified matchmakers, exchange profiles from each other's seeker pools, and manage invite codes for joining your referral network.

What is the Network?

The Network lets you form partnerships with other matchmakers. Once connected, you can browse each other's seeker pools (based on sharing settings) and include their seekers in your albums and suggestions — expanding your reach without duplicate data entry.

Discover

Find and connect to other verified matchmakers.

Requests

Accept or decline incoming connection requests.

Invites

Create and share invite codes for your referral network.

Discovering Other Matchmakers

Go to Network → Discover. Configure your search criteria to find matchmakers whose seeker pool complements yours.

Sending a Connect Request

  1. 1
    Browse the results grid and click a matchmaker's card to view their profile.
  2. 2
    Click Connect. The request appears in their Requests tab.
  3. 3
    When they accept, both of your seeker pools become visible to each other (within their sharing settings).

Incoming Requests

Go to Network → Requests to review incoming connection requests from other matchmakers.

Requests tab — accept or decline incoming connection requests

Accept

Creates a mutual connection — both pools become visible to each other.

Decline

Removes the request. The sender is not notified, and can send again later.

Invite Codes

Go to Network → Invites. Invite codes let you refer other matchmakers to join Matchdiary. When they register with your code, they are automatically connected to your network.

Invite Codes — create, copy, and track usage

Creating an Invite Code

  1. 1
    Click "Create Invite Code" — Button is at the top of the Invites page
  2. 2
    Enter a Label — E.g. "WhatsApp Group Jan 2025" — helps you track which campaign generated which registrations
  3. 3
    Set Max Uses (optional) — Limit how many matchmakers can register with this code — leave blank for unlimited
  4. 4
    Set Expiry Date (optional) — Code auto-deactivates after this date
  5. 5
    Click Create — Your code appears in the list. Copy it or use the Share button to send it directly.

  • Connect with matchmakers in different cities — this expands profiles available to seekers who want NRI or cross-region matches
  • Set max uses on invite codes to control how many matchmakers join your network from a single campaign
